Kyung D'Imperio

Kyung D'Imperio, Pianist/Organist, is a native of Korea and has performed extensively as a soloist and accompanist on both sides of the world.  She did her undergraduate study in Korea where she was the winner of various national competitions.  She has also performed there in solo recitals and as a soloist with various orchestras.  She received her Master of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music studying with Solomon Mikowsky, where she was the recipient of the Elva Van Gelder Memorial Scholarship.  Kyung has performed recitals in the tri-state area at Carnegie Recital Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, and the 94th Street Y in New York City.  She has also been the Music Director in various Churches including the Community Methodist Church of East Norwich and St. Luke's Episcopal Church of Sea Cliff.
